This fire features two fire bowls within the grill. The first, in the interior, is made from stainless steel which isolates the direct heat and keeps the outer bowl cooler. This mechanism creates the opportunity to cook different delicacies across the tempered steel grill plate without worrying about burning them. The wood fire itself can reach an approximate temperature of 400°C and above. A removable ash tray and infinite air supply are also included in the case of longer cooking sessions as well as small log store beneath the main grill.
